Five acquisitions integrated into reporting

At Galloway, an acquisitive architecture and engineering platform with more than 50 profit centers, I serve as an FP&A Consultant. I lead planning, reporting, and decision support with the CFO, executives, Kelso, and ARA Services Partners.

I integrated five acquisitions into reporting through acquisition performance tracking and organic and pro forma P&L views. Acquisition tracking provides a view of acquired businesses; the organic and pro forma P&Ls present distinct views of the platform’s financial performance.

Management, sponsor, board, and lender reporting

I built the Monthly Reporting Package, expanding visibility across business units. Kelso recognized the package as best-in-portfolio. I also built the Value Creation Plan KPI package, which ARA adopted as a model for other portfolio companies.

The engagement includes support for board reporting, lender diligence, and recurring lender reporting.

Weekly operating visibility

I developed weekly dollar-based utilization reporting that leadership uses to manage utilization and labor margin. I directed an external Power BI team to deliver an automated weekly dashboard.

AI applied to defined finance tasks

I built a Power BI dashboard using AI to support business-development resource allocation. I also developed reusable AI workflows for quality-of-earnings rollforwards, backlog analysis, and Monthly Reporting Package commentary.
